Referral Program Terms and Conditions

33Welcome to the Crema Referral Program! We're excited to offer you the opportunity to invite your friends to experience the advantages of Crema and earn rewards while doing so. Here's how it works:

  1. Invitation: As an existing user of Crema, you can invite your friends to join our platform and explore its benefits.
  2. Reward Structure: For each friend you successfully refer to Crema, you will receive a reward of $25 USD. Additionally, your referred friend will receive $10 USD upon joining Crema. Starting your sixth referral, you will receive $35 for each successful referral.
  3. Qualifying Criteria: To qualify for the referral rewards, your referred friend must sign up using your unique referral link or code. Your friend should also be a new user to Crema and meet our eligibility criteria.
  4. Reward Distribution: Once your referred friend has successfully processed a total of $200 USD or more through one or more Gigs on Crema, both you and your friend will receive your respective referral rewards. The rewards will be added to your Crema Wallets, where you can easily access and use them.
  5. Referral Limits: You can refer as many friends as you like, and there is no cap on the number of referral rewards you can earn.
  6. Fair Usage: Crema reserves the right to review and verify referrals to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the referral program. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in the disqualification of referral rewards.
  7. Modification or Termination: Crema retains the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated to users through our official communication channels.
  8. Abuse and Violation: Crema reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if we detect any abuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent behavior associated with the referral program.
  9. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at the discretion of Crema. Our decision will be final.
